 * Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs sowie Wartung und Pflege der eingesetzten HR-Applikationen inklusive Customizing, Updates, Schnittstellen und Dokumentation
 * Koordination und Steuerung externer Partner*innen im HCM-Umfeld sowie fachliche Unterstützung der Anwender*innen bei Applikationsthemen
 * Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der HCM-Transformation mit Fokus auf integriertes Stammdatenmanagement (SAP SuccessFactors), Standardisierung und Automatisierung der HR-Prozesse
