## Description

* Durchführung des nationalen und internationalen IT-Supports für Anwender per Telefon, Fernwartung und bei Bedarf vor Ort
 * Dokumentation, Analyse und Bewertung von Supportfällen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Effizienzsteigerung im Supportumfeld
 * Pflege, Aktualisierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Knowledge Base zur Sicherstellung einer praxisnahen und nachhaltigen Wissensdokumentation
 * Koordination und Abstimmung komplexer Supportanfragen mit 3rd-Level-Experten sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen allen Beteiligten
 * Steuerung des gesamten IT-Equipment-Lebenszyklus von der Auswahl und Beschaffung über Inventarisierung und Wartung bis zur Ausmusterung
 * Bewertung neuer IT-Systeme und Lösungen, Begleitung von Auswahl- und Einführungsprozessen sowie Sicherstellung leistungsfähiger, zuverlässiger und zukunftsfähiger IT-Arbeitsplätze
