If so, this could be the opportunity for you., * Experience working within Social Housing/Local Authority, or a similarly sector is highly desirable. * Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline * Extensive experience leading Data Governance, Data Management or Data Quality functions * Strong understanding of enterprise data governance and data management frameworks * Proven experience implementing organisation-wide governance, stewardship and accountability models * Deep understanding of data quality, metadata, lineage, standards and control frameworks * Experience operating within regulated, compliance-led or assurance-driven environments * Strong knowledge of audit, risk and regulatory requirements relating to organisational data * Experience developing governance models that improve confidence, trust and consistency in data * Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively at Executive and senior leadership level ## Description Head of Data Management & Governance to lead A2Dominion's enterprise data governance and data management capability. Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics & BI, you'll play a critical role in ensuring data is defined, governed, trusted and fit for purpose across operational, regulatory and strategic decision-making. This is a key leadership role within our evolving Data Office, responsible for embedding an organisation-wide approach to data ownership, stewardship, quality and accountability. You'll ensure data is treated as a strategic business asset and that governance is built into how data is created, managed and consumed throughout the organisation.
