## Description

* Design and implement test solutions and automation frameworks, often from the ground up
 * Drive a shift-left Quality Engineering approach across the Scrum team
 * Build automated testing into the CI/CD lifecycle and shorten feedback loops
 * Apply TDD/BDD, risk-based testing and modern test design techniques
 * Work across Unit, System, Functional, Integration and NFR testing
 * Analyse complex business requirements, processes and technical architectures to shape the testing approach
 * Work with test data and databases, ensuring appropriate test coverage and data management
 * Help ensure applications are designed to be testable through automation
 * Pair with developers and contribute across the wider product stack
 * Coach and upskill engineers, embedding quality as a whole-team responsibility
 * Support manual testing where automation isn't appropriate
 * Produce and maintain high-quality testing collateral
 * Work closely with technical and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
