talent to ensure we and our clients benefit from the value of difference.Overview of RoleMarket Data Administration:Maintain and refresh Market Data Management (MDM) records on a regular basis.Ensure subscriptions, users, entitlements and vendor information remain accurate and up to date.Record and maintain all market data subscription elements and associated users.Invoice Administration & Cost Allocation:Apply cost allocation and coding to all market data invoices.Support finance reporting by maintaining accurate recharge and allocation of records.Assist with invoice reconciliation and audit / validation requirements.User Access Management:Coordinate new user access requests with external vendors.Facilitate amendments, transfers, and removals of entitlements.Monitor access requests and ensure timely completion in accordance with service standards.New Joiner & Intern Support:Coordinate induction activities relating to market data services.Ensure required subscriptions and access rights
