## Description

Zur Verstärkung unseres Infrastruktur-Teams (2nd und 3rd Level) suchen wir IT-Infrastruktur xperten (m/w/d), die unsere Kunden mit technischer Expertise, Fingerspitzengefühl und professionellem Serviceverständnis bei Fragen, Herausforderungen und Optimierungen unserer Datacenter-Services unterstützen. Tätigkeiten Selbstständige Administration, Installation, Konfiguration, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Server-, Cloud- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur Sicherstellung der Betriebsverfügbarkeit und IT-Sicherheit Troubleshooting (Analyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen) IT-Support für unsere Anwender und Systeme mittels Fernwartung und vor Ort Planung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Infrastruktur-, Lifecycle- und Cloudprojekten Anforderungen Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B.
