* 5+ years experience as a Full Stack Engineer in a professional, fast-paced environment
 * Strong frontend skills including React, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
 * Solid backend experience with Java
 * Proficient working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets
 * Strong database knowledge across both SQL and NoSQL
 * Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, Fargate, API Gateway, and AppSync
 * Familiar with microservices architecture, containerisation, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
 * Experienced with CI/CD pipelines and source control using Git
 * Comfortable working in Agile cross-functional delivery teams alongside BAs and Product Owners
 * Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement

## Description

* Take ownership of the design, development, testing, and deployment of software across the team
 * Drive engineering improvements and communicate the principles behind our work clearly to the wider team
 * Lead conversations around software systems and contribute meaningfully to wider architectural discussions
 * Support estimation and planning activities, challenging requirements and fostering creative solutions where needed
 * Evolve systems towards target state architecture through thoughtful refactoring and delivery prioritisation
 * Mentor and support junior engineers, helping raise the technical bar across the team
 * Contribute to a well-defined software development lifecycle that supports planning, prioritisation, and delivery
