## About the Role

* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
 * 5+ years of Agile/Scrum experience, including at least 2 years serving as a Scrum Master.
 * Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in story writing, story mapping, estimation, and backlog refinement.
 * Understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD, and test-driven development.
 * Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Proven ability to work across business and technology teams in a complex environment., * SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certification.
 * Bachelor's degree preferred.
 * Experience working within scaled Agile environments and collaborating with Release Train Engineers.

## Description

* Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
 * Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, fostering continuous improvement and team maturity.
 * Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align priorities, manage backlogs, and support delivery goals.
 * Remove obstacles that impact team performance and promote a culture of accountability and transparency.
 * Track, communicate, and report Agile metrics, team progress, and delivery outcomes.
 * Support CI/CD practices, test-driven development, and Agile release management activities.
