Design Systems, Accessibility & User Experience * Lead the governance and adoption of enterprise-wide UI component libraries, design tokens, and frontend standards. * Establish scalable CSS architecture using CSS3, SCSS/SASS, CSS Modules, and Tailwind CSS. * Ensure applications meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and support global users through internationalization (i18n)frameworks. * Deliver responsive, mobile-first user experiences across devices and platforms. Performance Optimization & Problem Solving * Analyze and resolve complex frontend challenges involving state management, rendering performance, and browser behavior. * Troubleshoot memory leaks, runtime issues, and performance bottlenecks. * Evaluate architectural trade-offs involving SSR, SSG, ISR, and Client-Side Rendering strategies. * Utilize data-driven approaches to improve application reliability and user experience.
