The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position provides advanced customer service, IT and finance system configuration support, and accounting assistance to internal and external customers. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while delivering high-quality service. While comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, candidates with a foundational understanding of the agencys operations and the Help Desk Finance Teams processes are strongly preferred. The ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders is essential for success in this role., Required * Must possess a High School Diploma or GED. * Must possess a valid drivers license in accordance with both State and Commission rules and regulations. Drivers licenses must be unencumbered by restrictions, revocations, suspensions, or points that could limit the employees ability to drive Commission vehicles or perform driving duties required of their position. * Two years of experience as Help Desk Support or equivalent knowledge of Help Desk support software applications Preferred * Basic knowledge of IT systems, finance processes, and accounting principles preferred. * Familiarity with agency operations and Help Desk Finance Team functions is a plus.
