Analyzes data, assesses trends and develops actionable insights and recommendations in support of enterprise-wide strategic business initiatives. Develops the analytics community at Vanguard by coaching others internally and participating in external events., Vanguard's Flagship & Distribution Analytics team is expanding! We are seeking an experienced data analyst to support the Flagship Client segment and the Distribution organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to design strategies, influence outcomes, and proactively surface actionable insights., * Engage with stakeholders to understand business strategy, goals, and key questions

 * Structure ambiguous requests into clear analytical approaches and lead complex projects end-to-end
 * Serve as the analytics lead on cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives

Data Management & Quality

 * Acquire and synthesize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
 * Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency; establish and enhance data quality standards

Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation

 * Perform complex analyses using advanced techniques and machine learning to uncover trends and insights
 * Validate methodologies and elevate analytical rigor across the team

Storytelling & Executive Communication

 * Develop and deliver executive-ready insights and visualizations
 * Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders
