Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or another multi-location, project-based business is strongly preferred. Familiarity with construction ERP, project management systems, HRIS, payroll, and field technology is a plus. This role involves travel to Ace offices and project sites, along with availability for critical technology or security matters. As Vice President of Technology, you will lead our IT and MIS functions, advise the CFO and executive team, and shape how technology supports our people - from corporate offices to active jobsites. You will: * Develop a technology roadmap aligned with Aces growth, operating priorities, and risk profile. * Lead IT and MIS, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, data, and user support. * Strengthen the systems that connect project operations, finance, HR, payroll, workforce planning, and field teams. * Make technology deployment and support more consistent as new jobsites open and divisions grow. * Lead cybersecurity, access controls, incident response, backup, and business continuity planning. * Evaluate automation and emerging tools for their practical value to the business. * Build and develop a strong team, manage technology investments and vendors, and measure results through clear service and performance standards.
