Preferred Experience Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare data and familiarity with managed care operations in one or more of the following areas is preferred: * Claims processing * Membership and eligibility * Provider data management * Healthcare financial administration * Pharmacy administration * Care management Experience supporting healthcare quality and performance reporting, including HEDIS, Medicare Stars, or quality-of-care programs, is also highly relevant. ## Description We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Healthcare Data Analyst to support data, analytics, reporting, and information management initiatives within a managed care environment. This position partners with business stakeholders, project teams, application resources, and external vendors to understand reporting and data needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience working with healthcare data, particularly within managed care, and understands how healthcare data is structured and used across key operational functions. This individual will be involved throughout the lifecycle of reporting and data solutions, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
