Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Digital Project Manager - Ad Agency - **Company:** Spectraforce - **Location:** Mettawa, IL, United States - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Temporary contract - **Skills:** HTML, Adobe Experience Manager, Web Development, Design of User Interfaces, Banner Advertisement, Veeva - **Published:** September 21, 2026 - **Apply:** http://leoforce.us/Careers/Spectraforce/JobDetails.html?jobid=c2094240-7c4f-4874-9f93-5c354e35e603&OrgId=1&UserId=4793 ## About the Role * Experience managing a variety of digital projects. * Maintain knowledge of guidelines including, but not limited to, corporate branding, promotional material development, Veeva submission, material review process and corporate compliance. * Experience with HTML development and constraints, SEO measurement/management and Digital/mobile metrics * Knowledge in AEM (Adobe Experience Management), website development, and UI/UX. * Maintain an intimate understanding of the Agency Workflow Process including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals and reviews, production and archiving. * Demonstrate critical creative thinking and problem solving skills. * Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to maximize productivity and manage workload. * Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment., * Bachelor degree required * 3-5+ years project management experience required * Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written * High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role * Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast-paced creative environment * Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details ## Description The Digital Project Manager is a full-time contract position that works closely with the Digital team to help manage digital projects including field tools, websites, emails, banner ads and applications., * Prepare or review project documentation, such as functional requirements, to ensure digital submissions are prepared correctly. * Manage internal coordination of projects and resource scheduling for assigned project load. * Attend all client meetings with the account manager and serve as key point of contact to ensure key information is being quickly communicated to all involved stakeholders. * Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. * Assist Associate Director, Digital and Digital Account Manager with providing estimates and timelines. * Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule. * Track time on a daily basis.
