* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Public Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.\n
 * 3 to 6 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, business analysis, workforce planning, or a related discipline.\n
 * Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance. \n
 * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleansing, and trend analysis.\n
 * Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.\n
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\n
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n
 * Experience documenting findings and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.\n
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client environment.\n, * Experience supporting federal government clients.\n
 * Experience with workforce planning, human capital, position management, or personnel systems.\n
 * Power BI experience.\n
 * Experience working with SQL queries and relational databases.\n
 * Familiarity with Agile project environments.\n
 * DHS experience and/or active DHS clearance.\n
