The ideal candidate is a highly organized communicator with strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail with experience in project management, knowledge management, communications management, and operational process improvement. This role requires proactive and engaged thinking to address emergent leadership needs, understanding of the nuances of PMO workflows, and an ability to interpret requirements to implement knowledge management solutions. Responsibilities include but not limited to: * Develop and implement strategic guidance, governance frameworks, repeatable processes, and standard operating procedures (SOP) that enhance the client's organizational effectiveness, improve operational maturity, and drive automation where appropriate. * Support the planning, coordination, and execution of the client's initiatives, leveraging project management best practices to improve delivery, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and operational outcomes. * Lead the modernization, administration, and continuous enhancement of the client's SharePoint environments and collaboration platforms. Collaborate with client leadership and branch stakeholders to gather requirements, implement improvements, and optimize user experience and information accessibility. * Develop and execute knowledge management strategies that strengthen information sharing, institutional knowledge retention, and organizational effectiveness across the agency.
