 * Manage system security, user access, upgrades, patches, and integrations.
 * Support SQL reporting, data integrity, and business-critical workflows.
 * Troubleshoot application issues and provide advanced user support.
 * Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams to drive process improvements.
 * Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on projects and system enhancements.
