* Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
 * You should have strong experience in Healthcare IT / Healthcare Integration.
 * Strong understanding of healthcare applications such as EHR/EMR, payer, provider, claims, laboratory, pharmacy, or clinical systems.
 * Strong understanding of healthcare systems, workflows, and data.
 * Strong experience in system-to-system integration and data exchange.
 * Experience working with healthcare interoperability standards and messaging.
 * Good understanding of APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and SQL.
 * Experience with data mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
