Security operations, incident response, threat detection, threat intelligence, data protection, vulnerability management, identity, cloud security, and security platforms. * Demonstrable ability to lead large, multi-functional initiatives and influence senior collaborators across technical and business organizations. * Executive level proficiency in writing and speaking, including the ability to translate complex information into clear decisions, priorities, and actions. Data-driven mentality with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and improve outcomes. * Experience developing executive reporting, portfolio governance, operating metrics, and performance management routines. * Exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment with competing priorities and ambiguity. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous. Relevant professional certifications in cybersecurity, risk, program management, or technology leadership are beneficial.
