Preferred: * Experience orchestrating multi-agent LLM systems (LangChain / Microsoft Agent Framework / similar). * Experience delivering highly compliant enterprise or public sector software. ## Description We are looking for a senior full-stack engineer to join our team dedicated to building and scaling high-profile, next-generation AI platforms aimed at executive and strategic clients. You will architect, build, and deploy enterprise Generative AI platforms and agentic systems. This is a high-autonomy role requiring extreme ownership. You will anchor the AI-heavy backend (Python/Node.js, Vector DBs) while independently building out the consuming Next.js frontends. We expect you to take high-level objectives, make definitive architectural decisions, and ship., * End-to-End Delivery: Architect and ship production-ready features across the entire stack (React/Next.js frontend to Python/TypeScript backend). * AI/LLM Architecture: Build and optimize RAG pipelines, text chunking strategies, and dynamic context windows. * Data & Search: Own the data layer.
