 10. Demonstrates reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality, and flexibility to meet business needs.\n

11. Ensure timely follow up on tickets\n
 12. Escalate non-routine, complex, or out-of-guideline issues to appropriate team members.\n
 13. Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.\n
 14. Use internal systems to verify member identity and complete transactions.\n
 15. Provide basic guidance to members on digital and self-service tools.\n
 16. Complete assigned processing tasks such as document handling or internal requests with accuracy and timeliness.\n
 17. Maintain attention to detail while performing routine, repetitive tasks.\n
 18. Identify sales opportunities while building member relationships\n
 19. Meet established individual and team performance expectations.\n
 20. Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and respect in all interactions.\n
 21. Participate in training and development activities to build knowledge and skills.\n
 22. Support team operations and departmental needs as assigned.\n
 23. Complete other duties as assigned.\n
