in ensuring our solutions are safe, reliable and compliant throughout the project lifecycle, while leading and developing a team of highly skilled RAMS and Assurance engineers.Working closely with our Hitachi partners across the world, customers and project teams, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Hitachi Rail. Projects include ETCS OnBoard and Wayside applications, Tramways and HS2.Key responsibilitiesLeadership and RAMS Project / Bid DeliveryLead the development and maintenance of Safety Cases, RAMS Management Plans, RAMS analyses and Assurance approvals to support successful project deliveryEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, customer requirements and industry standards.Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to RAMS and Assurance professionals.Contribute to the strategic development of the RAMS across Hitachi Rail in the UK.Support recruitment, succession planning and capability development within the function.Support bid activities by defining RAMS
