Desirable experience includes: * Experience working within the Higher Education sector. * Knowledge of sector datasets such as UCAS, HESA and OfS. * Understanding of the student recruitment and admissions lifecycle. * Experience in forecasting, predictive analytics and scenario modelling. * Experience automating reporting processes, dashboards and analytical workflows. * Project coordination or project delivery experience within an analytical or insight function. ## Description This position sits within a Market Insight function and will be responsible for analysing complex internal and external datasets to identify trends, evaluate performance and support evidence-based decision making across recruitment and marketing activities. The role will utilise a range of analytical tools and techniques, including SQL, Power BI, Python and advanced Excel, to deliver meaningful insights and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop forecasting models, monitor recruitment performance and provide market intelligence that supports strategic planning. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, competitor analysis, benchmarking activities and recruitment funnel reporting, helping senior leaders understand opportunities, risks and market trends. In addition, the role will support the evaluation of marketing activity and recruitment campaigns through quantitative analysis, while contributing to a range of insight projects and institutional initiatives.
