 * Manage networking equipment, including routers and connected devices
 * Manage third-party suppliers
 * Grow into Azure DevOps support and gain certifications such as AZ-900 and above
 * Develop application support skills, including SQL
 * Support and lead junior team members
 * Lead projects that deliver high business impact
