## About the Role

* Previous experience working within an MSP environment is essential
 * Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support / Technical Support role
 * Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
 * Good understanding of networking including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and firewalls
 * Experience troubleshooting servers, hardware, software and infrastructure issues
 * Exposure to Azure / Cloud technologies
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
 * Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
 * A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn, develop and progress
