Key Requirements

*8+ years experience in Network implementation / Support role.

*CCNP certified (minimum baseline)

*Strong troubleshooting skills across a mixed security/network stack

*High attention to detail and a strong work ethic - attitude matters as much as certifications

*Comfortable joining a team still consolidating access/systems post-merger

*Mix of ticket/incident resolution and occasional project work

*Participation in scheduled out-of-hours changes (Fri night-Sun), workload shared across team

*NOC handles primary on-call coverage
