Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help ensure these systems are configured correctly, perform as expected, and support the successful delivery of clinical studies.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with the design, configuration, and testing of clinical systems used to collect and manage clinical trial dataWorking with cross-functional teams to understand study requirements and ensure systems are set up to support clinical trial needsSupporting system testing, documentation, and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standardsProviding support to system users and helping troubleshoot system-related issuesContributing to process improvements and system enhancements that improve efficiency and user experienceSupporting the delivery of clinical trial metrics and reports that help teams monitor study progressYou will have/be:A, Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Computer Science
