## About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team and support customers with their day-to-day IT needs., We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' IT support experience and a strong technical foundation.

You should have:

 * Good Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge.
 * Experience with Active Directory, Exchange and Azure.
 * Basic networking and server knowledge.
 * Good hardware and troubleshooting skills.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Experience working with ticketing systems.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred.

## Description

* Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software and Windows issues.
 * Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange and Azure.
 * Provide basic server and networking support.
 * Use remote monitoring and support tools.
 * Manage and update support tickets.
 * Assist with IT projects, installations and maintenance, including occasional visits to client sites.
 * Provide excellent customer service.
