 * Experience working within an eCommerce or online retail environment.

 * Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting sales and website performance data.
 * A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership and show initiative.
 * A resilient and adaptable attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic personality.
 * Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding online customer experience.

## Description

Working as part of the eCommerce team, you'll support the day-to-day management of the online trading function, ensuring products, promotions and website content are accurate, engaging and commercially effective.

Your responsibilities will include:

 * Managing and maintaining online product listings, ensuring product information is accurate and up to date.
 * Supporting the planning and execution of online campaigns, promotions and seasonal trading events.
 * Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to help identify commercial opportunities.
 * Updating website banners, merchandising, product content and promotional messaging.
 * Analysing website performance, customer behaviour and sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
 * Supporting the delivery of the wider online trading strategy through cross-functional projects.
 * Monitoring category performance and making recommendations to optimise sales.
 * Working closely with Buying and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability, pricing and stock levels are aligned.
 * Collaborating with Marketing to maximise traffic across all eCommerce channels, including email marketing, social media and affiliate campaigns.
 * Liaising with internal development and IT teams to identify website improvements, troubleshoot issues and enhance the customer journey., New Ventures Recruitment Ltd is acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
