Role can be based in London, UK or Southampton, UK.About the Role:As Regional P&T Technology Implementation Manager, you will play a key role in delivering technology transformation projects across DP World's European terminals. Working closely with operational and technology teams, you will lead the implementation of terminal operating systems, automated gate solutions, customer portals, and other innovative tools that improve operational performance and customer experience. This role offers the opportunity to apply your project management expertise across multiple countries, collaborate with international stakeholders, and
influence the future of port technology across the region.How you will contribute:Lead the implementation and enhancement of DP World's terminal operating systems and associated technology solutions across European terminals. Manage regional technology projects from planning through to deployment, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. Partner with terminal operations teams, subject matter experts, and global technology teams to define requirements and deliver business-focused solutions. Coordinate testing, training, go-live activities, and operational readiness for new technology implementations. Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation plans to support successful project outcomes. Act as the link between operational stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project lifecycles. Support the adoption of advanced technology capabilities that enhance terminal productivity
