## About the Role

* We require hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RT-CDP.
 * We require experience building and managing audiences within enterprise CDP environments.
 * We require a strong understanding of XDM schemas, datasets, customer profiles, and identity management.
 * We require experience supporting customer data ingestion and activation.
 * We require knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including Launch/Tags and Web SDK.
 * We require excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 * We require experience working within large enterprise or matrix organisations.
 * Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is desirable.
 * A background in Solution Architecture, MarTech Engineering, or Data Engineering is desirable.
 * Experience integrating CDPs with CRM, analytics, and customer engagement platforms is desirable.
 * Knowledge of consent management and data governance frameworks is desirable.

## Description

* We build, manage, and optimise audiences within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RT-CDP.
 * We create and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and profile configurations.
 * We design and manage customer identity resolution strategies and identity graphs.
 * We support batch, streaming, and edge-based data ingestion pipelines.
 * We configure audience qualification and activation workflows.
 * We support Adobe Launch (Tags), Web SDK, and MarTech integrations.
 * We monitor data quality, audience performance, and platform health.
 * We ensure GDPR compliance, data governance, and platform best practice.
 * We work closely with Product, Data, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to maximise the value of customer data.
 * We act as a subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Platform and RT-CDP.
