## About the Role

* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Geospatial Science, Physics or related field.
 * Experience building and deploying machine learning or computer vision models.
 * Strong Python for research and production code.
 * PyTorch or TensorFlow experience.
 * Background in LiDAR, photogrammetry, remote sensing or geospatial data.
 * Point cloud processing (LAS/LAZ, PDAL, Open3D) and geospatial tools (GDAL, PostGIS, QGIS).
 * Git, CI/CD and strong software engineering fundamentals.
 * Comfortable working with large-scale, real-world spatial datasets.

Non-essential/Beneficial Skills

 * Experience with laser scanning hardware (terrestrial or aerial).
 * 3D/vegetation-specific point cloud algorithms.
 * MLOps: model versioning, monitoring and retraining pipelines.
 * Background or interest in environmental science or sustainability.
 * Exposure to remote sensing for natural resource management.
