They are responsible for designing, developing and executing project plans, creating technical specifications, developing test cases, adopting agile methodologies, providing recommendations for improvement, creating documentation which includes Architectural diagrams, and assessing new technologies before adoption and implementation., Pre-Employment Process: Applicants must successfully pass a background check and a job-related physical exam, including a drug test, prior to employment. Availability: Incumbents may occasionally work evening and weekend hours. Some overtime, on-call, or call back work may be required. Minimum Requirements REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of work experience in a production environment, within the past five (5) years, performing analysis and programming for the purpose of developing business applications, including at least 6 months experience as a project leader for small to medium scale projects. Applicant must have hands-on experience with the following: * .Net/.Net Core * C#/ASP.net * SQL Server * Full-stack web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) * DevOps; Scrum/Agile Development Methodologies * GitHub -AND- REQUIRED EDUCATION: Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) of completed units from an accredited** college/university in programming, computer science, or software engineering. A list of coursework must be submitted with the application. SUBSTITUTIONS: Experience Substitution: A completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in programming, computer science, or software engineering may substitute for one (1) year of the non-lead experience required. Education Substitution: One (1) additional year of qualifying work experience may substitute for the education requirement. **Qualifying degrees and coursework must be conferred by institutions accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
