## About the Role

* Linux, WatchGuard Firewalls, Cisco (firewalls, switches, and routers), and other Network appliances would be extremely useful.
 * If you have experience in an ISP environment consider this a plus, (however, we are not an ISP).
 * A+ and Network+ are considered as default certifications (or equivalent).

Requirements:

 * Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and MacOS
 * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
 * Experience in computer management and technical support is preferred.

You must have transportation which you are reimbursed (very well), and a cell phone including text messaging capabilities.

## Description

We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals., * Install and configure software and hardware components.

 * Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.
 * Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions promptly.
 * Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices.
 * Maintain record of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
 * Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
 * Manage IT infrastructure including LAN, and VPN.
