* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
 * 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in business solutions
 * 2 years of Oracle Fusion experience
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
 * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
 * Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
 * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new systems quickly
 * Experience with project management tools and methodologies

## Description

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing technology-focused projects that align with annual business plan and strategic initiatives. This role will play a key part in a multi-year ERP implementation initiative, driving projects from concept through implementation while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of business objectives. The IT Project Manager partners cross-functionally, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and proactively drives solutions that support organizational success.

What You Will Do:

 * Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on project goals and deliverables
 * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and communication updates
 * Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate project status
 * Facilitate meetings and ensure accountability for action items and outcomes
 * Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
