## About the Role

* An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
 * Bachelor's degree in data science, public policy, international affairs, or a related discipline required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
 * Three (3) or more years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or program evaluation, preferably with federal agencies.
 * Experience in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis or visualization platforms; familiarity with SQL preferred.
 * Experience in translating program and performance data into clear analytical products, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

 * Professional certifications or formal training in data analytics or visualization (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) desirable.
 * Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills.
 * Prior experience creating stakeholder training, user guides, or enablement materials to support data literacy and adoption of analytic tools.
 * Background supporting cross-functional teams or interagency coordination, especially in environments where policy, operations, and data intersect., Data Science
