We are seeking a Principal Design and Portfolio Manager to own and drive the end-to-end delivery of data center design and portfolio execution across the Europe and Asia.. This serving as the single-threaded owner of schedule integrity, milestone lifecycle management, and on-time capacity delivery across a complex, multi-billion dollar portfolio of builds. You will define the strategic framework for how designs move from ambiguous business requirements establishing the systems, mechanisms, and governance structures that ensure precision, accountability, and transparency at scale. You will own the end-to-end value proposition of delivery execution: developing comprehensive program plans, defining KPIs that measure success, conducting regular risk assessments across the program lifecycle, and building robust reporting mechanisms that translate complex technical schedules into clear executive narratives for senior leadership. You will establish program constraints, challenge assumptions as new data arises, and evaluate the feasibility and impact of proposed technical solutions not as the engineer designing the solution, but as the leader who ensures informed decisions drive on-time outcomes. Every missed milestone is a signal to improve the system; you will develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, author documents that drive approvals at key decision points, and escalate critical risks to appropriate leadership when necessary. The ideal candidate should thrive in ambiguity and competing priorities. Be an exceptionally strong communicator both written and verbally who can translate complex technical schedules into clear executive narratives.
