## About the Role

 * Knowledge of content retention, governance, and compliance considerations.
 * Experience supporting end-user adoption during technology or platform migrations.

## Description

We are seeking a Content Migration Specialist to support a large-scale enterprise migration involving Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and related document repositories. This resource will help inventory, organize, migrate, validate, and reconcile content across multiple collaboration environments while ensuring data integrity, permissions, metadata, and folder structures are maintained., * Inventory and assess existing files, document libraries, folders, metadata, permissions, and content structures.

 * Execute and support content migrations across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other document repositories.
 * Validate migrated content for completeness, accuracy, permissions, metadata, and folder structure.
 * Reconcile migration results and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve migration issues.
 * Apply document management and content governance best practices, including retention considerations.
 * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to execute migration plans and meet project timelines.
 * Support end-user adoption, communications, and issue resolution throughout the migration.
