Partner with hiring managers, source and engage candidates, build talent pipelines, manage interview processes, deliver strong candidate experiences, analyze recruiting metrics, and support talent strategy in a high-growth startup environment., We're looking for a highly driven Recruiter to help scale our revenue-generating, customer experience, and technical teams. In this role, you'll partner closely with Sparrow's Talent Acquisition team and leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Operations, Partnerships, Engineering and Product to attract, engage, and hire top talent. You'll play a critical role in executing our hiring strategy, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This is a contract-to-hire position.
