## About the Role

* 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
 * Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, scripting, business rules, and client scripts
 * Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
 * Understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management principles
 * Experience working in Agile delivery environments
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

 * ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
 * Experience with ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, or Asset Management
 * Enterprise-scale ServiceNow experience
 * Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, or managed services
 * ServiceNow DevOps or CI/CD experience

## Description

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise workflows and applications within the ServiceNow platform. This role will partner with IT Operations, Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Applications, and business stakeholders to automate processes, improve service delivery, and enable scalable digital operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

 * Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows
 * Build business rules, client scripts, UI policies, catalog items, forms, and automation
 * Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow development frameworks
 * Support modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Change, Incident, Request, and Knowledge Management
 * Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other ServiceNow capabilities
 * Support CMDB health, configuration management, reporting, dashboards, and analytics
 * Partner with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
 * Participate in Agile planning, backlog prioritization, testing, and releases
 * Troubleshoot production issues and support upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance
 * Maintain technical documentation and development standards
