Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Alloy Competent Completions Technician - Data Center - **Company:** KODIAK CONSTRUCTION LLC - **Location:** Houston, TX, United States - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Data Centers, Mailing List, Microsoft Office, Enterprise Data Management, Tools for Reporting - **Published:** September 21, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.disabledperson.com/jobs/75354071-alloy-competent-completions-technician-data-center ## About the Role * Proven experience in completions, quality control, commissioning, or construction handover within a data center, industrial, commercial, or mission-critical project environment. * Demonstrated competency using Alloy or a comparable completions management system. * Understanding of construction completion and commissioning processes, including mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings, equipment schedules, specifications, method statements, and inspection and test plans. * Experience working with electrical, mechanical, controls, fire protection, security, or building management systems. * Strong understanding of punch-list management, systemization, turnover documentation, and quality records. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital field-reporting tools. * Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills. * Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational abilities. * Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple project teams. * Relevant technical qualification, trade background, or equivalent site experience. * Valid site safety training and any required local certifications. Preferred Qualifications * Experience on hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise data center projects. * Experience supporting live-site, high-voltage, or mission-critical environments. * Knowledge of electrical distribution, UPS systems, generators, cooling systems, BMS/EPMS, fire detection, and life-safety systems. * Familiarity with BIM, digital asset registers, document-control systems, or commissioning management platforms. * Previous experience preparing client turnover and operational readiness documentation. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Alloy Competent Completions Technician to support the delivery, commissioning, and handover of a high-performance data center facility. The successful candidate will manage and verify completion records using the Alloy Completions Management System, ensuring that installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities are accurately documented and completed in accordance with project requirements.
