## Description

Covista is seeking a Director, Finance to lead financial strategy for our telecommunications and media operations. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight for executive decision-making. Partnering with leadership, you'll evaluate investments, pricing, and profitability across our voice and data services. You'll implement strong controls, manage cash flow, and guide audits while mentoring a small finance team. This role suits a hands-on finance leader who can turn data into clear recommendations in a fast-paced, service-oriented telecom environment., * Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Covista

 * Develop and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards
 * Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
 * Ensure compliance with GAAP and telecom-related financial regulations
 * Partner with executives on long-term financial strategy and capital allocation
 * Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
 * Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
 * Optimize pricing, margins, and cost structures for telecom services
 * Implement and refine internal controls and financial policies
 * Build, mentor, and develop the finance team
