* Hands-on experience with GenAI and Agentic applications.
 * Extensive hands-on experience delivering AI-driven products to production.
 * Experience scaling and optimizing AI applications.
 * Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and related theory.
 * Good knowledge of the Python Machine Learning ecosystem.
 * Solid Software Engineering background with Object-Oriented
 * Programming (OOP) experience.
 * Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
 * Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have Skills

 * Experience with Big Data tools such as Spark / PySpark.
 * Experience with cloud environments, ideally Azure / Databricks.
 * Previous experience with LLM fine-tuning.
 * Previous experience with LLM serving.
 * Knowledge of Deep Learning.

## Description

* Translate product requirements into AI problems and identify areas where AI can drive business impact.
 * Analyze data to uncover significant patterns and generate actionable insights.
 * Architect and develop agentic and GenAI systems.
 * Select appropriate models for different tasks and optimize their performance.
 * Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to support the modeling process.
 * Apply best practices in model selection, parameter tuning, and optimization.
 * Run comparative experiments for model training.
 * Analyze Machine Learning metrics to evaluate and compare potential solutions.
 * Manage the full lifecycle of AI features, from data collection and model design to implementation and optimization in production.
 * Scale and optimize AI applications to support production environments.
 * Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting the delivery of complex projects.
