## About the Role

ProSearch is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the RADIXX team, supporting AWS cloud infrastructure, production systems reliability, cloud operations, DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and application performance for a leading diagnostic imaging and telemedicine platform. This role is ideal for an engineer with experience in AWS, Datadog, Jenkins, Terraform or CloudFormation, incident response, and observability who enjoys building reliable, scalable systems and improving operational efficiency.

Preferred

 * Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes experience.
 * AWS certifications.
 * Experience supporting healthcare, telemedicine, or regulated environments.
 * Familiarity with Java, .NET, Angular, or React.

## Description

* Own the reliability, availability, and performance of AWS-hosted production systems.
 * Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Datadog and AWS tools.
 * Manage cloud infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code deployments.
 * Develop and support CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins.
 * Lead production incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortem activities.
 * Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
