SE is defined as follows: * Experience performing basic computer system and network procurement, installation, administration and security and assists on more complex matters. * Experience developing and implements basic custom tools. * Experience providing technical and or other professional assistance in conducting interviews, searches and other investigative activity. * Experience performing liaison and outreach. GS-13: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of SE equivalent to the GS-12 grade level. SE is defined as follows: * Experience performing advances computer system and network procurement, installation, administration and security, and assists others on more complex matters. * Experience with i dentifying, developing, vetting, and implementing new tools and methods. * Experience coordinating with the private sector and other divisions to lead in the resolution of technical and other relevant issues. * Experience acting as a subject matter expert, and testifies as such in court. * Experience with current with major new advances in cyber and technology topics and provides guidance, tools, and methods on addressing these advances at the National level. GS-14: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of SE equivalent to the GS-13 grade level. SE is defined as follows: * Experience developing and deploying cloud infrastructure using automation and IaC tools. * Experience maintaining and operating applications in a production environment. ## Description The Operational Technology Division delivers technology - based solutions that enable and enhance the FBI's intelligence, national security, and law enforcement operations. OTD provides advanced technical capabilities, specialized expertise, and mission-driven innovation to ensure FBI personnel can effectively investigate threats, protect the nation, and uphold the Constitution., GS-12: * Assist in the identification, vetting and implementation of new tools and methods. * Stay current with major new advances in relevant technology-related topics; provides guidance on tools and methods related to these advances. * Provide technical assistance in conducting interviews, searches and other investigative and operational activity; performs liaison and outreach. GS-13: In addition to above: * Draft documents on technical and other professional matters in varying degrees of difficulty and at the appropriate technical level. * Coordinate with private sector and other divisions to resolve technical and other relevant issues. GS-14: In addition to above: * Perform system and network procurement, installation, administration, and security. * Develop and implement custom tools and methods, uses, troubleshoots and modifies existing tools and methods to identify, isolate, preserve and analyze digital data., * Utilizing the Resume Builder, outline your relevant work experience and associated start and end dates.
