## About the Role

Please note: Recent public sector/government experience is required to be considered.

Key requirements:

 * Strong Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR expertise
 * Workforce structures, legal entities, jobs, positions, grades and organisations
 * Employee life cycle management (hire, transfer, promotion, termination etc.)
 * HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, OTBI and BI Publisher
 * Security roles, approvals, workflows and notifications
 * Workshop facilitation, solution design and configuration experience
 * Data migration experience into Oracle Cloud
 * Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience desirable
 * Fast Formula experience desirable

Additional requirements:

 * Must be a UK National
 * Minimum 5 years UK residency
 * BPSS clearance eligible
