Nice-to-Have * AI-forward mindset with active use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate delivery, while staying the engineer who judges correctness. * Experience with e-commerce, payments, video platforms, or other correctness-critical domains is a strong plus. * Availability to work aligned with the partner's time zone. ## Description We're looking for Senior Software Engineers specializing in Node.js/React, skilled in building high-performance, scalable systems that support millions of users, and committed to solid architectural judgment and engineering best practices. It's a great fit for people who enjoy owning problems end-to-end, working across the stack, and collaborating closely with product and design to ship reliable, well-crafted software.
