This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that integrate business, operational, and IT objectives across federal agency environments. The Salesforce SME will partner with stakeholders, program managers, and technical teams to ensure Salesforce implementations meet federal standards, agency requirements, and long-term modernization strategies.
