In this role, you will scale and lead critical projects in the Identity Onboarding space. Responsibilities * Direct and build a team of individual contributors to re-engineer GCP onboarding. Build the solution as a platform, so that elements of the solution can be rapidly re-packaged to support different GCP products and their onboarding scenarios. * Navigate multiple organizations, product areas and align engineering efforts across them. Be responsible for regularly presenting the projects progress to senior leadership. * Architect solutions that balance a frictionless user experience with stringent security and compliance requirements. * Build, manage, and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering team capable of touching multiple layers of the GCP/Google identity stack.
