This role serves as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that CRM systems are secure, efficient, cost-effective, and future-ready. The CRM Business Solution Architect leads solution design across applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, and organizational goals.
